a short phone meeting after receiving info from mum. tho there are some follow up needed, things are still moving on. ready for it , b?
might take some time about that. going to review the budget i wrote before and see how things gonna happen in a reasonable yet exciting new way.
1. contact venue in charge to ask clearer details with the rate.
2. contact local travel agency and get an idea about group tour.
3. contact pi cousin to ask about local tour , including accomodation and transportation arrangement. (terrible)
4. search for potential pi photographer for FUN shoot during our examine visit in oct 2012.
5. be ready to inform all friends and relatives earlier to make sure we got the approx. numbers for all quotations. (this will happen once design bb is done!)
6. do the timeline !
